Sheila Vitale founded Living Epistles Ministries in January 1988. Living Epistles Ministries works hand in hand with charities such as Feed the Children and the World Vision organization, and they teach the doctrines of the Bible and Christ-centered Kabbalah.

Kabbalah is a Jewish discipline or school of thought that deals with the study of life and can be likened to the proverbial tree of life. Christ-centered Kabbalah, however, teaches the principles of longevity and the binding of the death process by the sovereign power of Jesus Christ. Christ-centered Kabbalah has four degrees. The first, philosophical Kabbalah, is one that both Jewish and Christ-centered Kabbalah share. Philosophical Kabbalah studies and compares various translations and word usages in the Scripture to acquire a depth of knowledge of these writings.

The second degree, meditative kabbalah, intends to receive revelations from Christ and from the angels in or around us. It also involves deep studying and knowledge of the Scripture. Prophetic Kabbalah, the third degree of Christ-centered kabbalah, studies the Scripture to obtain prophetic knowledge from Christ Jesus. This prophetic knowledge is only disclosed to believers who have faith in the Scripture.

The last degree of Christ centered kabbalah is the practical kabbalah. This is the practical or physical application of the divine power that comes from the understanding of God’s wisdom. Christ-centered kabbalah believes that Jesus demonstrated this fourth degree when he raised the dead and cured the sick in the Scripture.
